Inspired by Alpine smear-ripened cheeses, this semi-soft cow’s milk beauty aged 8 weeks. Rind pink-orange outside, creamy springy inside. Starts mild, but flavor grow stronger like engine warm up.
 
Think of it as Thai cousin of Reblochon or Taleggio - rich, versatile, and can even be baked or grilled to make full power cheesy moment. Smooth, funky, savory - not shy but still friendly.
 
Pair it with a light red or Verdelho. Ipa beer.
